Clyde: Kakadu Plum
Clyde: Kakadu Plum
Uplifting essence of the Top End, Kakadu plum meets the delicate violet aroma of mimosa, the sweetness of red berries and orange, and warmth of cinnamon and vanilla.
High in vitamin C and with other antioxidative properties, Aboriginal people have valued the Kakadu plum for thousands of years for its food and medicinal properties. The fruit itself is tart, with the aroma of stewed apples and pears, with cooked citrus, pickled and floral musk essence.

Namesake
Clyde Cornwall Fenton was the Northern Territory's first flying doctor. Unlike the other doctors with the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, Clyde was a pilot, self-taught, and flew without the aid of any navigation equipment, air charts, and often proper landing strips. He was known for his "resolute devotion to duty", his "compulsive acceptance of challenge" and his "willful disregard of personal hazard". His one-man show eventually became the Northern Territory Aerial Medical Service.
Clyde Fenton, as a solitary, resilient figure, contributed much to an enduring Northern Territory self-image.

Candle Care
