Shipping policy

Free shipping is available within Australia for orders over $100. Shipping rates for domestic orders under $100. are set at a flat rate of $12.

Orders are couriered to you from Sydney within 2 business days of purchase. If you would like your order shipped out more urgently, please contact hello@claremakes.com.au

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped and this email will contain a tracking ID. You can track your parcel via Sendle.

At this time, delivery to a PO Box is not available.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Clare Makes. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.

Items containing a pre-order item are shipped together at the time that the pre-ordered item is available.
