Personalised candles have a lead time of 2 weeks, as these candles are made fresh to order and have a minimum curing time of 14 days.
If you require your candle sooner for a specific reason or event, please contact me for a rush order, subject to availability.
For bulk orders of more than 4 candles, please contact me directly for pricing information and candle availability.
To customise your candle label with your name or a loved one's name:
- Add this product to your cart along with the candle you would like for 1 (one) custom candle label.
- Add a note when checking out with the name.
- If you are purchasing multiple candles, please make the notes very clear when checking out, as to which candle scent corresponds to which name.
Please note:
- Personalisation is available for large candles within my Australian core collection only.
- There are a maximum of eleven (11) letters available per candle, with no spaces.
- Only letters are available - no numbers or symbols.
- The scent description will still be visible under the name of your personalised candle.
- Small and Limited Edition candles are unavailable for personalisation.
- When purchasing a personalised candle in addition to other candles, your entire order will be shipped together.
- Scent and container customisation is also unavailable at this time.
- Proofs will not be sent ahead of time (as only the name of the candle will change.)
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available when purchasing a personalised candle.
